Overview
Socialbridge is a non-custodial wallet. We do not custody user funds or private keys, which stay on-device in an encrypted vault. This policy describes the limited data processed when you use the wallet and its features, including when it runs as a Telegram Mini App.
Data we collect
We do not run analytics or telemetry by default, and we do not intentionally collect personal data beyond what you choose to provide if you contact us by email. To operate, the app communicates with TON network providers and the services listed below; such requests may include public identifiers (for example wallet addresses and transaction data) required by the relevant protocol.
Third-party services
Some features connect to third-party services that process data under their own privacy policies:
- Buy Crypto (fiat on-ramp): order creation is routed through our fiat gateway to Changelly's Fiat API and its connected payment providers. Identity verification (KYC/AML) and payment processing are handled by those providers.
- Swap / exchange: cross-asset swaps use our swap gateway to Changelly and on-chain TON DEX liquidity sources.
- TON network & dApps: blockchain reads/writes use TON RPC/API providers, and TON Connect bridges are used when you connect to external dApps.
Bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)
The Buy Crypto and Swap features use Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish humans from bots before creating an order. When you use those features, Cloudflare processes minimal client-side signals (such as IP address, TLS fingerprint, user-agent, and the widget sitekey with its origin) solely to detect and block bots. These widgets run in invisible mode, so no challenge interface is shown during normal use. This processing is governed by Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
Telegram Mini App
When you use Socialbridge as a Telegram Mini App, your use is also subject to the Telegram Privacy Policy and the Telegram Mini App Terms. This policy takes precedence over Telegram's Standard Bot Privacy Policy for the Socialbridge Mini App.
